Vanquish Varicose Veins with Venaseal

If you have large, undesired veins on your legs, you may be a good candidate for Venaseal™ treatments. This type of treatment is an excellent alternative to more invasive therapies for problematic veins and is far more effective than less invasive techniques. In fact, it is one of the newest treatments for varicose veins and has garnered many a positive review. During a consultation with our professionals at Pacific Vein Center, you can discover if this option would be right for you.

What Happens During a Venaseal™ Treatment?

You will be awake but comfortable throughout your entire Venaseal™ appointment. This is a safe, efficient, and effective procedure that requires no anesthesia. During the process we place a special catheter into the problematic vein, which is usually the main saphenous vein in the thigh. We use this catheter to inject special medical-grade adhesive into the vein. The adhesive sticks to both sides of the vein, basically gluing it shut with a material that is completely safe for your body. After the treatment, you can immediately get back to your regular activities.

What are Your Results?

Studies have shown that the results of Venaseal™ are quite impressive. This therapy is incredibly safe, and the majority of patients have great success with it. Once the saphenous vein is closed off, the blood flowing through these veins moves to other healthier veins. This allows the varicose veins to close, die and be reabsorbed by your body. Over time, they will decrease in size and gradually fade from your skin.

What are the Benefits of Venaseal™?

The first and most obvious benefit of Venaseal™ is that it provides adequate relief from your varicose veins. Because it is a permanent treatment, you will not have to worry about these same veins popping up again. In addition, it lets you get on with your daily activities without having to take time to recover.
