VenaSeal™ Closure System For Removing Varicose Veins

A great number of people are becoming bothered by how varicose veins are affecting the appearance of their skin. Varicose veins are often found in the legs and thighs. These bulgy, dark-colored veins are usually an aesthetic concern, however, they have been known to cause physical discomfort and may even lead to other health conditions. Pacific Vein Care now offers Venaseal™ as a cutting-edge technology as a varicose veins treatment and varicose veins removal procedure.

Pacific Vein Care in McHenry, Illinois aims to provide you with the most advanced means of treatment to help improve your quality of living. Our specialists pair exceptional expertise with attentiveness and comfortability, as we try to make your treatment experience as fulfilling as possible. Contact us today and schedule your consultation appointment to learn more about Venaseal™.

What is the Venaseal™ Closure System?

Venaseal™ is a state-of-the-art varicose veins treatment technology that utilizes medical-grade glue to seal off the main vascular lesion that causes those surrounding it to become varicose. Venaseal™ works to completely shut the main saphenous vein –located in the thigh– and once closed, it will progressively solidify. Once this vein has finally hardened, the body will process it as scar tissue during the varicose veins removal process, diminishing it from sight to result in clearer skin.

What can I expect from the VenaSeal™ Closure System treatment process?

Our vascular specialists start the Venaseal™ treatment process by cleaning the designated treatment area. A very small incision is made in the skin where a small thin tube–a catheter– will be guided into the vein. The Venaseal™ medical-grade glue is administered into the vein, sealing it shut. Blood transmitted through that particular vein will be naturally diverted to surrounding veins.

Does the VenaSeal™ Closure System treatment involve the use of anesthesia?

No, treating veins with Venaseal™ does not require the application of local or general anesthesia during the varicose veins removal procedure.

What can I expect from the recovery process?

Unlike other vascular treatments, Venaseal™ does not risk nerve damage or burning sensations. Patients will also not be required to wear a compression stocking following their treatment. You may continue your schedule once you leave from your appointment!

If varicose veins are bothering you either physically or aesthetically, Venaseal™ is a highly innovative and non-surgical varicose veins removal solution to help you achieve clearer, healthier-looking skin. Contact us today to schedule your consultation appointment to learn more about Venaseal™ and if the varicose veins treatment is best for you! We look forward to hearing from you!
