Insurance Information
Blue Sky Med Spa does what insurance companies consider cosmetic services. Cosmetic services are not covered by insurance companies. Payments for all services are expected at time of service.
Financial Options
At Blue Sky Med Spa we offer financial assistance through CareCredit. We have Care Credit applications in the office. Contact us for information at 815-759-2368. All treatments must be paid at the time of services using cash, check, credit card or CareCredit.
Cancellations
In the Event that you need to cancel your appointment, kindly provide 24 hour notice. Your consideration in this matter will allow us to accommodate other patients. Blue Sky Med Spa will assess a $25 fee (depending on service scheduled) for any appointment missed or cancelled less than 24 hours prior to appointment time.

He did his normal vein procedure on one leg and a special procedure at the hospital on the other leg and corrected the artery problems at the same time. I am very happy with the results from the procedures done at Pacific Vein Care to correct both my veins and artery problems. I can walk to my mail box again and not have to stop and rest part way there.”
