Pacific Vein Care is taking the following measures to ensure you have healthy and safe access to our services.
- Prior to every visit, we will ask screening questions to ensure the safest possible environment for both patients and your healthcare providers.
- Associate wellness and temperature checks will be completed prior to the start of every shift.
- We ask that ALL patients and associates wear masks upon entering the office.
- Upon entry to our office, there will be hand sanitizer readily available.
- You will be taken to a treatment room immediately on your arrival to complete your consultation or treatment in a private space disinfected immediately before and after your visit.
- We will encourage safe distancing whenever possible. Please note the social distancing markers at the front desk.
- We are eliminating coffee service and water bottles from our waiting area to reduce the chance of community transmission.
- Each day we are screening our staff and following CDC guidelines regarding any members who are ill or who have had possible exposure.
- If payment is required, we are encouraging no-touch payment methods. We are able to take payments over the phone using credit or debit cards.
- If you, the patient, experience a cough or fever, or have recently visited any country with a CDC travel alert level III in the last month, or have come into close contact with people who have, please call us to reschedule. Patients will not incur any last-minute cancellation fees.
